This online program is designed to provide training on the various chapters found in the standard, including but not limited to record keeping, selection, inspection, cleaning, repair, storage, retirement, and verification of protective clothing and footwear.

As you will see, we have provided a complete overview of the entire NFPA 1851 standard, but with greater emphasis on the requirements of inspection, cleaning, and repair. Following the course, there is a 25 question test, which you must take in order to receive your certificate of participation in the training. You must correctly answer 20 of the 25 questions, following which you will be able to print a certificate, which will be your documentation of the training course.
